This is a TRIAL version of JOEBOB graphics' blackHand font. The complete font, which can be bought here:

Those ligatures are not in this TRIAL version and so you're missing out on what makes this font so special. You can give the complete font a test-run on the above mentioned page.
Also, please note that this TRIAL version can not be embedded in a PDF and it can not be printed.
